On September 27, 2022 in Syracuse and October 17, 2022 in Albany, the FCBA First Decade Committee and the Judges of the Northern District of New York were honored to recognize attorneys who accepted appointment to represent at least one civil litigant without compensation in the Northern District of New York in the years 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Liza Magley in Syracuse and Julie Nociolo in Albany made opening remarks, and each shared their rewarding experiences handling these important matters for the economically underprivileged.
