Anne M. Nardacci was confirmed by the United States Senate on November 30, 2022 as the next United States District Judge for the Northern District of New York.
A native of the Capital Region, Judge Nardacci was most recently a partner at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP in Albany, where she had worked since 2005, principally in the area of antitrust and complex civil litigation. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School in 2002 and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University in 1998.
Judge Nardacci fills the opening created in 2016, when Judge Gary L. Sharpe took senior status.
