The NDNY FCBA is proud to present NY Cannabis: A Year End Review, featuring Katie Neer, Esq. of Dickinson & Avella, PLLC and Cecilia Oyediran, Esq. of Foley Hoag, LLP. The program will provide an overview of the intersection between state and federal cannabis laws, drawing on examples from New York and New Jersey. The program will highlight potential ethical issues presented for attorneys providing advice to clients operating within the cannabis sphere given the conflict between state and federal law.
