The day will begin with a CLE program “Golf Liability: Staying Away from the Hazards” followed by a BBQ lunch. Then we will swing into an afternoon of golf followed by cocktails and dinner. Golf Liability: Staying Away from the Hazards

A golf course can be a legal minefield, especially during an amateur tournament. The Panel will review state and federal cases addressing the types of legal liability that players, golf courses and manufacturers sometimes incur – including for tort, property damage and breach of contract.
