The Northern District of New York Federal Court Bar Association (NDNY FCBA) Virtual Food Drive
Support the hunger-relief mission of Food Bank of Central New York through the The Northern District of New York Federal Court Bar Association (NDNY FCBA) Virtual Food Drive.
Recognizing the hardships that the COVID-19 pandemic has inflicted upon many within the community we serve, The Northern District of New York Federal Court Bar Association (NDNY FCBA) has established a matching gift program with Food Bank of Central New York.
Food Bank of Central New York will collect donated funds and direct them to the appropriate New York Food Banks based on the county where the donor resides by using the donor’s address. When NDNY FCBA members make a donation to this organization throughout the month of July, using PayPal, the NDNY FCBA will match such donations (up to a total amount of $2,500).
This will allow both our members and the organization to make donations that hopefully lessen the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our neighbors in the Northern District of New York.
A gift made through the virtual food drive will provide more food than through a traditional drive, doubling or even tripling the amount of items your dollar can purchase at a regular grocery store. Every dollar raised through this virtual food drive will be used to buy nutritious food for our hungry neighbors.
