The pay will be hourly and will be similar to the standard hourly rate for attorneys in the district.
The Pro Se Assistance Program is a joint program of the U.S. District Court and the FCBA that helps pro se litigants better understand the complexities of litigation and helps the fair administration of justice in the courts.
The Pro Se Coordinator assists pro se litigants by providing information about federal court procedures, assistance with pleadings, discovery and motion practice, access to research materials and referrals to other legal, civic or social services where appropriate.
