The NDNY Federal Court Bar Association will co-sponsor a CLE program with the Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association on Friday, April 25, 2014, at 677 Prime, Albany, New York. The CLE topic of the program will be the Intersection of Bankruptcy and Federal Rules of Procedure and Appellate Procedure. This will be a one credit hour program. Hon. Margaret Cangilos-Ruiz, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of New York will be the speaker. The program will begin at 12:00 p.m. with announcements, followed by lunch and the CLE program.
