The NDNY-FCBA Annual Golf event is Monday, August 10, 2015 at the Mohawk Golf Club, 1849 Union Street, Schenectady, New York. The day will begin with a CLE program entitled: “Federal Tort Claims Act: Fundamentals and Updates”, to begin at 10:00 a.m., ending at 11:50 a.m. with registration open at 9:30 a.m. The Hon. Mae A. D’Agostino, U.S. District Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York and Michael A. Bottar, Esq., of Bottar Leone PLLC, will present this program. The program will provide 2 credits towards the professional practice requirement and is appropriate for newly admitted and experienced attorneys.
Hon. Mae A. D’Agostino will address recent developments in the case law and issues after a suit has commenced. Michael Bottar, Esq., will discuss the claims process through initiation of suit.
